Deep within the temple of the body lies the womb. This guided group hypnotherapy session, facilitated by certified hypnotherapist Michelle Smith, is a gentle yet powerful journey into origin, release and reclamation.

Participants will be guided to:

• Return to the experience of being in their mother’s womb to witness early energetic imprints.

• Journey into their own womb space as an energetic center of memory, creativity, and power.

• Release emotional, ancestral, and energetic patterns that no longer serve.

• Call back fragments of personal energy left in past relationships or experiences

• Awaken the creative mother archetype within the psyche.

This space is open to women from all walks of life and at every stage of their journey. It is especially supportive for those who have experienced childbirth, infertility, miscarriage, abortion, abuse, reproductive challenges, menopause, hysterectomies and for anyone who simply feels called to clear, soften and reconnect with their womb space.
